The interview process was quick and they asked standard behavioral type questions and also asked about sales experience. They also asked questions about different scenarios and how you would go about assisting brides and customers that have no idea what type of dress they are looking for.

It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.

We had a group interview with two of the managers plus one other candidate (a third scheduled candidate didn't show up).
