Short online application with a personality test which took about 20 mins to complere
group interview, working interview and finally an interview with the regional manager. Questions were easy to answer and managers made me feel at ease.

Interview
It was a very straightforward and standard interview. Lots of the questions involved previous work experience, skills, and abilities that would be relevant to the position in question. It was one on one, directly with the store manager. It’s an overall very relaxed, professional setting.

In your history, working in customer service, what is one memorable moment, where you faced a challenge and were able to succeed in resolving the issue at hand?
Simple! Manager knew what she was looking for and did not mind that I needed weekends only employment. There was only one interview since I was hired on the spot and started working 2 weeks later.
