Interview
I applied online where I took an assessment test and after that I got a call from one of the managers to bring me in for an interview. I had two interviews. The first one was a group interview. There were 3 of us interviewing with one of the assistant managers in the break room. We took turns answering her questions but a lot of this first interview was listening to her talk about the company. Once we were done, she told all three of us to walk around the store and then she would come find us to talk to us individually to see if we made it to the next stage. I'm not sure what she said to the other two girls but the assistant manager told me that she would like me to interview with the store manager. We set up a time and I came back a couple of days later to interview. This time it was just me. After the interview, the manager offered me a job on the spot.
It was very straightforward - they looked over my resume and asked a few questions. It was just a few minutes long and largely entailed them going over the position and the schedule.

Interview
It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

Question 1
What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.
