Easy, friendly, to the point. They gave a brief history of the company, responsibilities, and asked how I qualify. Since I also had previous experience with them, it was very straightforward.

Interview
I applied at DB had two interviews. Took over 3 weeks to get second interview and had to chase them as they were very disorganized. Had to wait another 2 weeks from initial interview and call them to ask if they were going to hire me.

What is our expected sales target and do we make commissions?
I enjoyed the group interview process however I felt like there were a lot of "rounds" of interviews. There was a group interview then a store manager interview and there was a great deal of time between when I interviewed and when I was offered the position.

Go through a series of interviews wth all managers. First interview is mostly discussing company policies and expectations. Must be available on weekends. Very big on sales but training is provided.
