The process was conducted through agency. There were two technical rounds, related to general ruby on rails. First interviewer was very polite and helping, Second interviewer asked very broad questions which I thought was little irrelevant for position, he also had insulting tone in the initial part of the interview, I understand he had 10+ years of experience but that doesn't mean the you forsee person before you is incapable. During the interview process he came down to sum of numbers of array which I felt insulting as I had some development experience and the way he asked seem he was irritated with the environment he himself created. Interview felt insulting to me though the second interview explained few concepts but altogether it was negative experience.
