Interview
Had a phone interview with the UK chief Analytical Engineer. Then a second round of interviews with the head of the Change Team for Aero in the UK. Afterwards had a site interview in Houston with a few panel of engineers and a separate interview with the VP of the Houston site.

Question 1
Describe a scenario where you had a very tight deadline. How did you go about tackling the steps in the project.

Interview
Applied online. Within a few days was asked for a half hour telephone interview. After that I was invited for a detailed 1.5 hour face to face interview during which had to give a 10-15 minute presentation on a technical work I had done.

None for me. Generally they want to know how you work as part of a team and approach other people. Are able to work under pressure and tight deadline. Have you developed a new process or technical solution which was not the norm and how you convinced managers that is the way to go. You need to give real examples from your work. The two managers asked questions on each category for nearly 20 minutes.
