Very relaxed and experience not a must. Minimum education . Interviewer was very friendly and very respectful. My years of experience have prepared me well for this position. You mentioned that customer service is a big part of this job; I spent three years working in a high-volume call center, answering customer calls, and identifying solutions.

Helped start up the company by doing network installations, computer troubleshooting, so difficult to say. We discussed networking, I was working at another company selling computer equipment/servers/networking equipment, we decided to get together.
