They only cheat people.. First of all, they take registration charges for interview.. No company does it..Then they lie about the profiles which they have.. No etiquettes... Misbehaves with female candidates.. Keep candidates waiting from morning to evening in the corridor sitting on the floor just for that stupid interview after which they won't hire you..

First is the PI (Personal Interview)
Second was the Technical Round, where i was asked for my current skill-set and based on that they start questioning me and i feel they are trying to judge me IQ Levels, Learning ability and my activeness and various other factors.
3rd was the Final Round which includes my background check and many more and where i got selected.

it was an easy interview as all the stages are very easy so it is easy to clear out all the rounds in that . 1st one is aptitude , 2nd is technical , 3rd round is hr . you should have confidence in order to clear aal the rouns . just be confident and you must have good communication skill
