I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Data Economy
Interview
I interviewed virtually for the Pune office. There were two technical rounds and a final HR round as well. Interview rounds were quite easy. Salary negotiations and everything happened in HR round.
After that, the HR started ghosting me. No response to calls, no email communication.. Finally I was told that we cant give that much salary and the position is also on hold.
Absolute pathetic hiring process without any budget in mind or the position prospect. Looks like they just randomly interview people for fun. Strongly suggest others not to waste time here.

Interview
1) I got a call from Dataeconomy HEAD HR if am looking for a job opportunity. After describing my roles and responsibilities he further asked my availability for a virtual first round of technical interview. He mentioned that he was looking for a Senior Recruiter candidate The first interview was scheduled on a Zoom call which lasts around 60 mins. The second interview was in person at Pune office. They took 2 weeks to get back to me and in between they had no update on my profile. In third week , the HEAD HR calls me and asks again to check if I will be comfortable commuting to the office location. After few days he sent a rejection email stating that the US stakeholders are looking for junior person and not for senior person.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Data Economy in Apr 2022
Interview
Applied through linkedin. 1 tech, 1 managerial and Hr discussion. Feedback was extremely positive but didnt get the offer. Gave my salary expectation in the beginning itself. If its really out of their budget, they shouldn't have interviewed me.
