The interview was over the phone. Four different interviews, each one week apart. First just the HR Manager and then a few with different people like future supervisor, manager, etc. 4 weeks or interviewing just to tell you that the position isn’t quite ready yet. They made me wait and then after 4 months, they decide to not offer the position anymore
