Applied via recruiter. Initial 20 minute online interview on teams, followed by in person interview in the office (around 30-45 minutes). Was told I'd hear back from them a week later but got ghosted and never heard back from them.

Via an agency but the process was delayed due to issues with other candidates. The lead interviewer was not an expert in Co Sec work and I felt she took a dislike to me in the interview and my age was possible an issue. Feedback was bland/vague and took a long time to obtain.
