Interview
Interview was conducted by the guy who owns it, probably the worst interview I have ever had. He was late, did not apologize, talked poorly of the previous staff, made misogynistic comments and completely ignored my previous sales experience listed on my resume and assumed that I had only done reception. Got a call back from another gentleman asking if I wanted the job and I declined. Would never work for someone showing so much blatant disrespect.
It was more of a trial shift than an Interview, made by the Production Manager. Wasn't difficult at all, very straightforward and with good co-workers, very supportive. In the end, my background in Production grabs their attention more than my lack of experience in printing.

Interview
Short and unplanned. Owner was not prepared to interview for the position, I don't know that he knew what he actually needed from the position or the type of questions to ask people for the interview. He clearly had back to back interviews, so confused as to why he wasn't prepared. He ended up texting someone several times during our interview so didn't seem professional in general.
