DXC Sector 62 Noida. After clearing all the rounds the HR is unable to provide a package to the candidate. After negotiation and decreasing the CTC then also they wouldn't give an offer letter. But the worst part that they never communicate the same to the candidate. But there wasn't any update from HR. I am aware that recruiters and HR are engrossed in their daily routine and they handle a lot of applicants, but this is a genuine request, please provide a final communication to the applicant whether he/she is selected or not, abstaining from this demotivating for the applicant.
