I was referred by a colleague through an HR Talent site. After a few hours, I received a call from their HR representative and had a short phone interview with her. That same week, I received the complete details of my one-on-one interview with the hiring manager through email. The representative was very attentive to all of my concerns.
The hiring manager is so professional, yet not intimidating.

Give a situation from your previous experience wherein you experienced a major incident and how you solved it
I sent my application online, then they reached out to me via email stating that I am scheduled for an interview. They sent me the offer 2 weeks after the interview.

What was the hardest issue that you solved/handled previously?
All good, luckily the interviewer ask basic question & looking for personality. Sharing about his long service in IT industry just to make us feel comfortable & not getting too nervous.

Interview
The interview took 30 minutes and asked more on my personal background. The interviewees gave some background on what will be my job responsibilities. Overall, the interview was just fine and just be honest on your answers and relax
