I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DTSQUARED (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interviews were set up as a series of great opportunities to meet lots of key people in the business. I felt I had a very clear sense of the ambitions of the business. I was made to feel very at ease.
Sent a video introducing myself and answering a few questions that were previously given to me by the company. Did few small tests (numerical, etc...) and then a final 4 hour interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DTSQUARED in Aug 2021
Interview
Two rounds of pre-recorded interviews, one pretty basic and position-agnostic while the second dug a little deeper. The latter's questions can be found in this post, and it should be mentioned that it was closer to the traditional pre-recorded format of being given a (very) short time window to process the question before answering, whereas the first one had no specified time window between providing the question and expecting the answer.
After completing both rounds I received no more correspondence, even after a follow-up email. And unlike the interview mentioned here from 2020, the reported number of candidates pre-shortlisting was "over 300", not 1200.
EDIT: received an automated rejection email almost a full month after our last communication. Still an overall negative experience given the ignored email.
