I went through three rounds of interview stages. Initial being more of an informal chat, discussing the company and the role itself with the Chief of People. The second round was with the Project team members, again nothing to formal, discussing the type of projects and expectations, how I would fit into the role. And thirdly I had a 121 with the main client contact who I'd be working closely with. I must say all three stages were very organised, relaxed and clear. The whole process from start to receiving an offer letter was roughly 2 weeks. Bearing in mind the role was advertised Full Time, the team went out their way to provide me the flexibility around family commitments Offering me Part Time. I am excited to be part of the D|Ops Team.
