Find a post through a recruiting agency. Talked with the recruiter that set up a introductory call with the HR rep from the company. Had a virtual interview and then an onsite interview. Virtual interview was with the hiring manager and the onsite was a panel interview with the hiring manager and team members that lasted 30 minutes and an hour respectively. The recruiter was the liason between me and the company and I didn't move on past the onsite interview. Responses were prompt and process was smooth.

More stages than an average employer, Multiple interviews with hiring function and HR, Requires to visit the production facility in Mie and CEO interview, Shows serious long screening process. I assume they donot like candidates applying for multiple positions.

They distribute a math test in Office then meeting with president and offer comes next. They do drug test as well, which is done after the interview and acceptance. They are always looking to hire so its a good place to start.
