Just a normal process as the big companies have. We were employees of DDI but when the company was sold to Hunter industries, the name was the same so we just filled up new forms as being hired as new employees. Same income, same position and same management,

Not specific questions since we were already the current employees of the company but we had a survey about the managers few months later and was supposed to be done once every two years but it did not happen in the second year because of the company was going to move to Mexico.

Interview
Met with both of the Supply chain analysts and did one on ones with both of them. One asked typical interview questions such name a time when you faced a difficult challenge and so on. the Second interview was more hands on, such as Identify and describe the kanban board, and what information can you derive from this sheet, (a color test, and exploded engineering drawing) they reviewed my qualifications and background and asked various questions regarding supply chain and the products they purchase. A day later did a phone interview with their boss in Wisconsin.
