I was recommended by a friend in LinkedIn, submitted my resume directly to the GM and had an immediate interview at their Singapore office. Met the MD and GM at the same time, discussed the benefits, job scopes and responsibilities, salary and compensation. Upon agreement with the terms of the contract and employment, got accepted, signed the contract.
