The interview process was easy, first i had a phone call screen-in where i was asked which tools did i have experience in, my knowledge in sql, python and a few cloud based tools like ADF, Snowflake and dbt. Then i had a behavioral interview with talent manager which was pretty same as the first round. Then i had a tech round with hiring manager and VP, where i was asked about my experience and challenges i faced and a few behavioral questions.

Round 1: Initial interview with the recruiter Round 2: Technical exam, no interaction with people at DAS42. This tested python and SQL Round 3: Technical interview. This was with a team lead and another data engineer. Very conversational and collaborative Round 4: Behavioral/Partner interview. Felt like more of a formality, but good conversation They offered me a position, but the salary they offered was $15,000 lower than the initial range they gave me, and they said they had no room to budge.
