D4 interview questions

There was an ad on craigslist and I sent in my resume and cover letter. They called me to come in and interview. They had just opened the Marketing department and I was the 2nd employee (eventually) to join the department. The guy who interviewed me did not seem to have a lot of experience in an interview. He was very casual, talked for a very long time about the company and what his experience was prior to joining the company. I walked out of the interview thinking that I did not get the job. I got a voicemail the next day with a job offer from them.
