D.O.E. Marketing interview questions

The interview was a group interview with myself and three other candidates. This was not mentioned before. We were asked two questions and had to listen to everyone's answers. Then the CEO, John (who seemed very unorganized) gave us a presentation about the company where we were made promises of travel, $15/hr pay with commissions, and the opportunity to work for major retailers. After further research, I learned the position is inside retailers selling things, with no benefits, and empty promises. The pay gives off pyramid scheme vibes and overall seems very sketchy. I was offered a second round after less than an hour but declined because it seemed too sketchy.

This company is shady. Don't give them your time. The application process was fast. However, I wasn't expecting this to be a group interview and I would have appreciated a heads up. It was mandatory to wear work attire for a Zoom interview but I was the only one dressed for that which was awkward. The interviewer was 5 minutes late and he seemed high. One of the interviewees asked if they're affiliated with some MLM company because they share the same address. The interviewer denied it and the interviewee warned that this company is bad news and there are Reddit threads about this. After the interviewee left, I left as well. Absolutely uncomfortable and misleading on their end.
