Interview
Application Review: After submitting your application, it will be reviewed by the HR team. If your skills and experience match the job requirements, you will be contacted for the first round of interviews.
Initial Phone Screen: This is typically a 30-minute call with a recruiter to discuss your background, interest in the role, and basic qualifications. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the company and role.
Technical Assessment: If you pass the initial screen, you’ll be given a technical assessment relevant to the role. For a cyber test systems role, this might involve a coding challenge or a scenario-based task to assess your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
First Round Interview: This is usually a video call with the hiring manager. You’ll discuss your background in more detail, and there will be more in-depth questions about your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of cyber test systems.
Panel Interview: Successful candidates are then invited to a panel interview. This involves meeting with several team members and potentially a senior executive. You’ll be asked to discuss previous projects, demonstrate how you handle challenges, and show how you would fit into the team.
Final Interview: The final stage is typically an interview with the head of the department or another high-level executive. This is a chance to discuss your long-term goals and how you see yourself contributing to the company.
Offer: If all goes well, you’ll receive a job offer! This will include details about the compensation package, start date, and other relevant information.
