One call with HR on the phone then a behavioral online video interview with your manager in your department. After you talk you are given a few days before the HR manager gives you the offer.

Met recruiter on campus, I emailed them back, got an interview in the next couple of days. I interviewed with the plant manager and some of the HR members on Teams and received an offer that same day.
