Cushman & Wakefield interview questions

he interview process for my internship at Cushman & Wakefield was relatively straightforward and professionally handled. It started with an online application through their internal system, followed by an initial phone screening with HR that focused on my academic background, interest in real estate, and availability. The second round was a video interview with a senior analyst from the Valuation and Advisory team. It included both behavioral and technical questions. For example, I was asked to explain how I would approach evaluating the value of a commercial property and to describe any experience I had using Excel for financial modeling. They also presented a short case scenario about urban redevelopment and asked how I would analyze site selection using data. The final part was more of a casual discussion with a team member to assess cultural fit and communication style. Overall, the process emphasized analytical thinking, attention to detail, and familiarity with tools like Excel and market data.

My first round of interview with this company was over the zoom with team members. Unfortunately I did not make it to the second round. But it was a good experience. Good atmosphere and very friendly people
