Curious Cardinals interview questions

They asked me a bunch of situational questions, why I would want to work for Curious Cardinals, why I want to mentor, and why I decided on the subjects I chose to mentor. Also, if I had any experience doing research/passion projects.

The interview process consisted of a phone call with one of the company leaders. There, they asked me about my previous experience as well as why I would like to work for their company. In addition, I did a mock lesson on any topic that I wanted in order to simulate a tutoring experience.
