Crothall Laundry Services interview questions

Phone interview. Before the interview they asked my salary requirements via email, then told me the max for the position was $70k. When the time came for the phone interview the person then said the max salary is $65k. Immediately passed on the position as bait and switch like this is extremely unprofessional. Could only imagine how it is working there.
