After I applied the job on their website, I received a phone call about interview time arrangement immediately. It was a quick and short interview with serval basic questions. But it seems not a direct interview from the hiring company, but the crossroad is playing an agency roles do the first round interview.

From that point I was sent partial company details. It took 4 talks and numerous emails before they decided to send me to the employer for review.
