Interview
Fairly easy, If you have done the necessary work it should not be a problem. Very important that your resume matches the job description or you won't pass the initial assessment.
You need to be very high level french for most of their roles as the interview will be bilingual, so as to gauge your conversational level in French. The panel was very accomodating

Interview
Asked 2 questions during the “pre screening” interview and then she talked about the role test of the time. Then never heard back. How is that a good test of an interview? Are they hiring for looks or something? Also took very long to hear back after emailing then scheduled an interview with no notice, seems disorganized. Also the website is cringey, the words that they use.
