After CV screening, they will send a task if you pass and then they will give them feedback in the interview.
If they think you can help the students write their essays better, they will take you in. They do expect someone with previous experience already.

applied through an online job posting site and wait for their exam invitation.
2 written multiple choice exams. You need to pass the first exam to go second exam.
Then if you passed the second exam you will be taking the initial interview (HR) the same day.
And if you passed again, you'll be scheduled for final interview.
