With regard to the interview timing, we had reached out beforehand and confirmed that you were okay with the proposed time. While we understand that a Friday afternoon may not be ideal for everyone, we appreciate your flexibility in accommodating it.
We also want to clarify that feedback was shared within 7 days of the interview. We recognize that delays in communication can be frustrating, and we’re continuing to improve the consistency and transparency of our process.
As for the question regarding Microsoft contacts, we understand it may have felt abrupt. However, given that our process includes only two interview rounds, this question is asked early to help us understand candidates’ industry familiarity and network. That said, we acknowledge that how and when questions are introduced matters, and we will reflect on that going forward.
