It was not so difficult, it was healthy space interview and fair. Safe space. First and second interview, the interviewer prepares questions to ask you and If you passed both interviews you get your finger prints taken

The interview process was nice and enjoyable. The interviewer gave some expectation settings such as company culture and job expectation. Luckily I got the news in a week time from the recruiter said that they will further process with my hiring application with referees checking, medical letter and offer letter. Unfortunately, the process took me for 1 months plus with negotiation of the salary from RM3200 to RM2700. At first, they urged me to start the work as fast as possible, so I actively prepared my logistic arrangement. However, they informed me they rejected the hiring on the day I supposed to report with the reason of the management wanted a candidate with relevant working experience. Yet, you should not give me hope at the first place as you aldy knew I am just a fresh graduate with zero relevant working experience. It was a bad candidate experience for me.
