Interview
I initially applied to Crab Creative through a recruiter but was extremely disappointed with how they, especially the CEO, handled the application process. When I first met the team, I was excited about the role. The CEO was very positive about my profile and immediately tole me he wanted to make it work. I spent 5 days preparing three design assignments for them in the final round and then literally never heard back from them again. My recruiter tried getting in touch with them too but they just completely ghosted us. I found that extremely unprofessional! I don't mind not getting a job but after someone meets the team and spends a whole week on three assignments for you, the least you can do is give them some feedback.

After two rounds of 1:1 interviews, I was tasked with three design assignments to do within 5 days. One of them was photo retouching, another was to design a flyer and the final one was to redesign their homepage.
