Phone screen was a simple behavioral screen. Following the phone screen, I recieved an email stating that I had moved on to the interview phase, And to look out for a recruiter email to schedule that interview. I never recieved a scheduling email, but did recieve an email about interview tips for my "upcoming interview" (that I never scheduled.) I decided to email the recruiter, who did not respond for over a week and 9 days later I recieved an automated rejection email. Overall a waste of time and very unprofessional.
