Phone screen where the HR person goes over the role more in depth, lets you know what to expect in the process and very clearly goes over comp ranges. They also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you have on the role. Overall, they were very pleasant.

Absolutely the worst candidate experience I have had at any company. I have interviewed with them several times and it's like going into a black hole...no information, no follow up. They act like you are the greatest thing in the world when they screen you then you come in for face to face interview and they tell you they are going to call you back in for final interviews and then you drop off a cliff and you have to nag them to get any info which is usually nothing. Finally you get an automated rejection email, no feedback...no reason...nothing. I've given up on them. Seems like a good company once you get in but not worth the trouble. I have heard several other people share similar experience.
