Phone screening with HR then 3 rounds of Teams calls with 1 person each round. Direct supervisor > next level manager (Director) > next level manager (VP). Each conversation was ~30 minutes long and only verbal assessments.

Using Teams, with no video, the recruiter came on the bridge and asked 3 questions...if I would have an issue with working in a particular location, if I like a hybrid approach, and if I was vaccinated. At that point, the interview ended because after I had applied, Cox Auto began mandating vaccinations.
