1 hour with HR. 1.5 hours technical interview with technical lead.
The feedback borders on condescending. The critique lacks nuance, it doesn’t consider that I might have been trying to explain a complex concept briefly or had constraints during the interview.
A lot of time and energy during the interview and in the feedback on one area (locking). For a 1.5-hour interview, this seems narrow.
There’s no indication of what went well, which makes the feedback imbalanced. Feedback seemed rushed, contains typos and feels dismissive given the effort I put in.
