Court Services Victoria interview questions

Recently completed a recruitment process with Court Services Victoria for a role at the County Court and found the experience to be very positive overall. Communication throughout the process was timely, transparent and respectful. The interview panel created a professional but welcoming environment, and expectations around the process and next steps were clearly communicated from the outset. The recruitment process itself felt well organised and candidate-focused, with regular updates provided throughout. I particularly appreciated the professionalism and genuine support shown by the hiring manager and Talent Acquisition team during the final stages. A very refreshing recruitment experience within the public sector.
