Very informal and disorganized. Manager admitted to this. Asked questions. Initially had a phone interview, scheduled an in person and then a working interview that I was not told was a working interview, I was told it was to see if the company was a good fit for me. Then after that I was told I would be contacted as to whether or not I had been selected. 5 days (later than I was told I would find out ) and two voicemails left by me later, I was told I was not selected for the position.
