1st round phone screen, 2nd round behavioral and technical, 3rd technical + team fit. Currently still in 1st round. Recruiters have been helpful in providing a lot of resources and feedback.

Tell me an example of how you would ensure accessibility and collaboration when designing a design system
Interview was fun just asked about portfolio.
Manager was very friendly and described details of the vacancy very well. I did not get offer but experience was not bad. I would recoomend to work on your portfolio before going to interview
