Very formal interview, unlike most placements interviews which are generally more relaxed/informal. Majority of questions were scenario based. Helpful in putting questions into the team chat. Overall very serious, felt more like a job interview.

Teams meeting, the dates were changed multiple times, interview was someone from Hudson and two operations mangers. No acknowledgement of country or inclusive language. Basic Scenario based questions on people management and managing managers when you do not agree with them.
