In 2023 I had a job interview. I truly appreciated how conversational the interview process felt—it created an open and engaging environment. During the interview, I was even told I was a great candidate for the role, which made me feel confident about my fit with the team and the organization. However, despite that positive feedback, I ultimately wasn’t selected for the position.
