Short interview but very focused and to the point. They are busy firm so senior partners tend to be busy. Overall a pleasant experience and perhaps another time. Will still rate them highly as a firm in their field.

Interview
I was rejected for this role after I informed a partner that I had a disability, and would require a small amount of straight-forward reasonable adjustments. It was incorrectly implied that, due to my disability, I would 'require a lot of handholding' which 'didn't fit with the culture of the firm'. I am very disappointed that the senior employer of a regulated profession would behave in a blatantly discriminatory manner.
