What do you envision as a good commercial strategy for a company this size
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Controlant (Wrocław) in Nov 2024
Interview
This company after they offer position to someone and the offer is accepted , they still invite people for interview to have second one available in case the first one didn't show up.
And the HR themselves told me that.
They don't respect candidates, they would ask you to travel long way and pay may be a lot for a journey and waste your time while they know they already offered the position to someone else even before you submitted your CV to them.
After I passed the technical interview and I got positive feedback they stayed silent for long time, then asked me to travel to Wroclaw and I have family to I travelled and stayed in Hotel and after I travelled I got the lady that was interviewed me call me wanting to cancel the interview but when she knew I was n Wroclaw already she made the interview but shifted it 1 hour later and when I arrived in time she was not available and the interview shifted again in time.
After positive interview - as she told me - I kept waiting for long time then HR told me she will come back to me on Friday with decision.
But that did not happen, I got no feedback on Friday , she came back to me on Saturday said she would give me feedback on Monday or Tuesday, but this did not happen, no feedback Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, then I sent email on Thursday telling her I am about to get an offer from another company , she then told me they already offered the job to another candidate long time ago and he was still not sure if he would accept the offer or not and she wanted to make sure he onboarded already before she gave me feedback!!!
Notice period is usually 1 month, so to wait until he/she starts already means they offered the job to this candidate month ago and for a full month their chosen candidate - according to what the HR said - did not make decision whether to accept the position or not.
And despite that they asked me to travel , so complete time wasters , no honesty no transparency, cheating , no professionality in the process.

What is the best practice when designing an infrastructure in AWS?
I was invited to a first interview, but two hours before the scheduled time, it was rescheduled to start 30 minutes later. I accepted and joined the call at the new time, but no one showed up. After waiting for 15 minutes (for a 30-minute interview), I logged off and emailed the recruiter, asking if we needed to reschedule or if the position had been closed. It’s been two weeks, and I still haven't received a response.
If a position is closed, kindly inform candidates with a brief message. Respecting people’s time goes a long way.
