Interview
Firstly, we had to write an online test based on general aptitude and technical questions based on analog, digital and opamps. Then we had a face to face interview based on the resume and projects done during our engineering. Then at last we had casual HR round.

Entrevista interna, directamente con el jefe, Despuéscon dos similares y al final con el manager, al parecer al TPL nunce le informaron demi contratación y eso jugó en mi cpntra porque sólo me puso a hacer tareas poco retadoras

Interview
It was quite long.Had 3 rounds of interview excluding HR.process took like some 2 -3 months for releasing offer letter.
1 round:skill check on design basics like circuits using transistors,resistors,filters etc
2 round : completely based out of resume like how you would deal when a task given and testing the skills possessed.
3 round: discussion with BU head and questions based on profile.
