    Continental Response

    October 28, 2019Online Employer Branding

Thanks for your review. We can understand your disappointment. The automotive industry is undergoing a fundamental upheaval. At the same time, the short-term economic outlook worldwide is becoming increasingly challenging. We are still a globally successful company that grows faster than its industries and creates value. The impact on the segments, technologies, locations and jobs will vary from case to case. Our goal is to proceed here globally in a targeted and coordinated manner and, where necessary, with specific measures –and not with a blanket approach. It is in all our interests that Continental does well. We wish you all the best, Pia, Continental Career Team

    Cons

The cafe is unable to have a AC system, so it’s very muggy inside, a lot of things tend to break and go missing, so it’s sometimes a hassle

I worked at Continental full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lots to learn, very flat organization, very open you can always speak up your ideas, they are flexible about the schedule, the mood is not competitive, more like good team building. You get to make your own proposals and review the proposals of seniors.

    Cons

Very little movility, hard to go up in rank. flat cubicle you have to be seeing and listening to everyone at the same time. Teams are many times remote, with senior engineers in USA or Germany and lower engineers in Mexico.
