"Great Place"

- Culture & Values

- Compensation and Benefits
- Senior Management
RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Continental full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Lots to learn, very flat organization, very open you can always speak up your ideas, they are flexible about the schedule, the mood is not competitive, more like good team building. You get to make your own proposals and review the proposals of seniors.
Cons
Very little movility, hard to go up in rank. flat cubicle you have to be seeing and listening to everyone at the same time. Teams are many times remote, with senior engineers in USA or Germany and lower engineers in Mexico.
Advice to Management
Let them telecomute or let them have private cubicles, having to be presently with so many people everyday is distracting. and many times stressful. Sometimes the main need for coding is time alone.
