The hr team who arrange the interviews are not very people oriented and are very transactional and to the point. Makes me skeptical and cautious about the culture within the business.

The usual competency based interview and 2 stages.
There were 4 Interview Stages - 1. Phone Screen with recruiter 2. Competency test 3. Interview with colleague(s) 4. Interview with leadership. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks from Phone Screen to offer.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Confluence Technologies (Pittsburgh, PA)

Applied through their website.
Received Email acceptance within 2 days.
Telephonic interview was scheduled the same week.
Interview started on time but interviewer seemed multi tasking.
Asked about past experience and simple definitions from PM world.
Got rejection email the next day stating that there were better candidates.
Overall quick process. Got rejected but it wasn't as frustrating as some other everlasting interview processes
