The requirement / JD shared didn't matched the skills required during the interview process. The process was quite slow & had to demand for the details to jump for an interview.
Three steps, one was HR, one technical, one with senior leadership. Relevant to role and business function. Friendly and respectful. Not bad at all, recommended to friends and former colleagues
General questions with cv review and nothing too special, in person review and past experiences overlook and elaboration on past experiences, questions like about the process and lessons learnt and more about development
Face to face with two interviewers. It took slightly over an hour. It was a pleasant experience and the office is at a very strategic location with access of public transport
