Good, friendly, two-way conversation. The recruiter made you feel comfortable. There were several competency based questions asked which asked you to reflect on your previous job experience. Overall, the process is good to get to know the candidate and inviting them to continue to the next stages if they are interested.

It was a good experience. Regardless that I wasn't chosen, the process was smooth and fast. The HR was responsive, they set the right expectations as well. In both steps the people that I spoke with were very nice and friendly.

They asked me standard HR questions, and specific to the job.
Agent called me and asked me questions about myself my prev exp..it was really nice and fun.they asked about my prev job .they also asked about what i would do in some type of situations and how i would act on those zl.
