Concept Systems interview questions

Very disappointing process. After going through the first phone interview, they stated the following in-person interview wouldn't happen until an entire month later. After completing this, I had to complete an online assessment that took about 2 hours. Throughout this process, they were responsive but gave very little insight into the timeline for the interviewing process. After this 1.5-month interviewing process, they stated they were putting the hiring process on hold. The individual people were very enjoyable to talk with throughout the process, but it felt like there wasn't a strong plan for interviewing for this position from the beginning.

Everyone involved was friendly and asked good questions. They seemed genuinely interested in my experience and credentials. I’m hoping to get this job and it seems like it might just happen.
